Terms of Use
for the Meta Quest app

Applies to Agoriva VR Demo and Agoriva VR for Meta Quest. Provider: More is More. Last updated: 7 August 2026.

In short

  • The app is a self-guided wellness and training tool. It is not a medical device and it is not a substitute for professional care.
  • It deliberately creates discomfort. You can take the headset off and stop at any moment — nothing pushes you anywhere.
  • Read section 3 before you start. It lists conditions under which we advise against using the app.

1. Who provides the app

Agoriva VR and Agoriva VR Demo for Meta Quest are developed and provided by More is More. By installing and using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

Meta's own rules for the store and for using the headset apply alongside these terms.

2. What the app is for, and what it is not

The app offers virtual environments — a flight, a checkout queue, a metro ride — that a calm voice guides you through step by step and that you fully control. It gives you room to go through everyday situations you find difficult, calmly and as many times as you like.

The app is a self-guided wellness and relaxation training tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional care.

The app does not assess your health and gives you no recommendations about it. Whatever it offers is only ever a suggestion — you decide how to proceed. If something troubles you over a longer period, speak to a professional.

The full Agoriva VR version is used at healthcare providers as part of a professional's work. How and with whom it is used there is that professional's responsibility, and that of the provider operating it.

3. Health and safety

3.1 The app deliberately creates discomfort

The environments are built to produce mild unease — that is the point of them. You can take the headset off and stop at any moment. No scene ever ends on its own, and you move on only when you decide to. If a situation feels like more than you want to take on, take the headset off and have a break.

3.2 Before you start

  • Clear the space around you — no furniture or objects you could walk into.
  • The app is used seated or standing in one place; it never moves you around.
  • Do not use it while driving, while walking, in a confined space or anywhere else where losing track of your surroundings could hurt you.

3.3 When not to use the app

Do not use it, or consult a professional first, if any of the following applies to you:

  • epilepsy or photosensitive seizure activity
  • severe vestibular problems or pronounced motion sickness
  • severe cardiovascular disease
  • acute mental health difficulties where deliberately induced discomfort could harm you

3.4 While you use it

Take breaks. If you feel nausea, dizziness, a headache, eye strain or any other discomfort, stop. The headset manufacturer's own safety instructions apply as well — read them.

4. Age

The app is not intended for children. We recommend it from the age of 13. Meta's age rules for accounts and the headset manufacturer's guidance on the age from which the device should be worn apply independently of this.

5. Licence and scope of use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or rent the app, nor use it commercially — for instance as a paid service for other people — without our written agreement.

Use within the provision of healthcare is governed by a separate agreement with the provider, not by these terms.

6. Availability and changes

We may change the app, add to it, and discontinue support for it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms; the version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date of the last update is at the top.

7. Liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run without faults, nor what result you will achieve with it.

We do not limit our liability for harm to health, nor for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence — Czech law does not permit such a limitation (Section 2898 of the Civil Code).

Otherwise we are liable to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms curtails the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

8. Intellectual property

The app — including the virtual environments, audio, voice guidance, texts, graphics and the Agoriva brand — is our property or is used by us under licence. Using the app grants you no rights to any of it beyond the licence in section 5.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you may take a dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court resolution, coi.gov.cz. This does not affect your right to go to court.
