for the Meta Quest app

1. Two apps, two modes

There are two Agoriva apps on the Meta Horizon Store, and they behave completely differently where data is concerned:

• Agoriva VR Demo — a standalone app for use at home. It runs entirely on your headset and connects to nothing. Only section 2 applies to it.
• Agoriva VR — the full version used by healthcare providers. The headset is paired with a web dashboard from which a professional runs the session. Sections 2 and 3 both apply to it.

If you downloaded Agoriva VR Demo, read section 2 and skip section 3. The Demo has no dashboard mode at all — it has nowhere to send data.

2. Standalone mode — Agoriva VR Demo

2.1 We collect nothing about you

The app needs no account, no registration, no sign-in and no email address. It works without an internet connection and sends no data to any server — not to us, not to anyone else. That means we hold no data about you that we could keep, pass on or sell.

2.2 What stays on your headset

So the app knows where you left off, it saves the following to its own storage on the headset:

• which scenario phases you have completed and which are unlocked
• the list of achievements you have earned
• whether you have been through the introductory tutorial
• the phase you last chose, so the app knows where to pick up

From time to time the app asks how you feel on a scale of 1 to 10. That answer is not stored anywhere — it simply moves the scenario on, and that is the end of it as far as the app is concerned.

All of it is stored in the app's own storage on the headset, which other apps cannot reach. It is not linked to your name or to your Meta account, and we have no access to it.

2.3 How to delete your data

It is entirely under your control. Uninstalling the app removes it, as does clearing the app's data in your headset settings. Once gone, it is gone for good — we hold no backup or copy, and we never find out.

2.4 Headset sensors and your space

To render the environment correctly, the app needs to know where your head and hands are. The headset system supplies that position and the hand tracking, and processes both on the device itself. The app records none of it and sends none of it anywhere.

The app can briefly show you the room around you by passing through the headset cameras — before the virtual environment appears around you, for instance. The camera image is composed by the headset system; the app has no access to it and captures nothing from it.

The app records no microphone audio and uses no eye tracking or face tracking — it does not even hold the permissions for them.

2.5 No analytics, no measurement, no advertising

The app contains no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising SDKs and no third-party measurement tools. We do not track how often you open it, how long you stay or what you do inside. No report of any of it reaches us.

2.6 Meta's role

Downloading the app, any purchase, and the check that you are entitled to it are handled by Meta as the store operator. Meta processes that under its own policy, not this one. We receive no data from Meta that would let us identify you.

Running the headset itself — your account, the system, the sensors and what happens to their data — is likewise Meta's domain, not ours. See the Meta Privacy Policy for details.

3. Dashboard mode — Agoriva VR

This does not apply to the Demo. This section describes the full version used at healthcare providers, where the headset is paired with a web dashboard.

3.1 Who is responsible for the data

The data controller is the healthcare provider operating the installation — its professional creates the records and runs the sessions. More is More develops the platform and acts as a processor in this relationship. You therefore exercise your rights with that provider; we will help them handle the request.

3.2 What data is processed

• client identification entered in the dashboard by the professional — title, first name, surname, age
• session record — answers on the 1-to-10 scale, the course of the scenario and its phases, and data on where you look within the environment
• progress through the scenarios and achievements earned
• the professional's account — email address and password, stored as a cryptographic hash rather than in readable form

3.3 Where it is stored

On the server of that particular installation. The headset itself keeps no session records — it sends them on, and the dashboard stores them under the professional's sign-in. Where the server runs is the provider's decision: it may be in the cloud or on their own premises.

3.4 Data from a connected measuring device

If a biometric device is paired with the session, its metrics are shown in real time to the professional on the dashboard and to the user on the watch in the virtual environment. They are not written to the database — the system has no storage for them at all. The pairing lasts only for the duration of the session.

3.5 Who can see the data

The professional signs in with a personal account and sees only their own clients. The headset app has no sign-in for the user — the professional assigns the headset to a session from the dashboard.

3.6 What is never passed on

The platform calls no third-party services, contains no analytics or telemetry, and has no export mechanism into other systems. We pass the data to no one else, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or to train any models.

4. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.

• In standalone mode (the Demo) there is nothing for us to hand over or delete — we hold no data about you and never received any. The data on your headset is yours to control, see 2.3.
• In dashboard mode you exercise your rights with the healthcare provider operating the installation. They are the controller and they hold the data.

If you believe your data is being mishandled, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, uoou.gov.cz.

5. Children

The app is not intended for children. We recommend it from the age of 13 and we knowingly collect no data about children. Meta's own age rules for accounts and the headset manufacturer's guidance on wearing the device apply independently of this.

6. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy — for example when the way the app works changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date of the last update is at the top. We will note any substantive change in the app's description on the Meta Horizon Store.
